- "SA Gonewild", "SA Gone Wild", "South Asia Gonewild", "we," "our," "us" – refers to the platform operated in US.
- "User," "you," "your" – refers to both creators and supporters using the platform.
- "Creator" – an individual or entity offering exclusive content in exchange for support.
- "Supporter" – an individual providing financial contributions to a Creator.
- "Payment System" – refers to methods integrated with SA Gone Wild, including digital wallets and bank transfers.
- "Probihited Region" – refers to region and places where adult contents might be illegal by the law of that specific region.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use SA Gonewild.
Account Registration
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- SA Gone Wild reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in fraudulent activities.
Payments and Fees
- Supporters can make payments through approved multiple payment systems, including digital wallets and bank transfers.
- Creators will receive earnings after applicable platform fees and transaction charges.
- Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our refund policy.

- If contents found to be breaching copyright infringement, email support@sagonewild.com and we'll take it down immediately.
Intellectual Property
- Creators retain ownership of their content but grant SA Gonewild a limited license to display and distribute it within and outside (sometimes) the platform.
- Users must not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission from the rightful owner.
Prohibited Activities
Users must not:
- Engage in fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
- Use automated bots to interact with the platform.
- Post misleading, false, or deceptive content.
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
